Brutality of Chicago Police
April 13, 2005 — The FBI has been called in to look into a shootout between Chicago police and an off-duty railroad officer back in February. Howard Morgan was shot 25 times. Police say he pulled a gun on officers and is now charged with attempted murder.
This morning Howard Morgan's wife was on the Cliff Kelly show and she told people that her husband had been shot 15 times in the back after he was down. This is some of the brutality that occurs in Chicago by some police officers... I guess this is a good example of the saying that you can't keep a good man down. How this man lived after this ordeal, no one will ever know. It all boils down to this, when it is not your time to die, you will live....
