Gulf Coast slaves
This article is old, but this is the reason that Bush suspended the Davis-Bacon Act.
Halliburton and its subcontractors hired hundreds of undocumented Latino workers to clean up after Katrina -- only to mistreat them and throw them out without pay. I guess this is the American Corporate way, steal from the poor and give to the rich.
