Grenade 'thrown at Bush' in Georgia
Last night when watching the BBC news, a new pipeline is being built in Georgia bypassing Russia, which controls most of the oil coming from that region. This is an interesting development. It appeared many Georgians were happy GW Bush was their ally. One of the reporters made the following comment about the people that were gathered to hear Bush speak - they came because if they were recognized later on, this would bring them favors. Although most people appeared to be happy, at least one person or perhaps group was not happy with old GW. You really have to wonder how Russia is taking this new alliance...The FBI and the US secret service were this morning investigating a report that a hand grenade had been thrown towards President Bush as he was making a speech in Tbilisi, the capital of Georgia.
